XROSSBAT pairs a single common gimbal mount with a hardened autonomy stack, so the sensor changes to match the mission — not the airframe, not the operator's training, not the ground control app.

CAP / 01 — Multi-Payload Architecture

One mount. Four sensors.

Sniper30, Spectra384, UC65 Pro and Vigilon 100 all share the same gimbal interface. Swap the payload to match the mission — long-range day identification, day+thermal fusion, or the upper-tier sensor options — without changing platforms or retraining crews.

CAP / 02 — Extended Endurance

55–59 minutes overhead.

A high-density power module buys XROSSBAT up to 59 minutes on station, holding position long after lighter tactical platforms have to return, land and recharge — more time watching the target, less time flying back and forth.

CAP / 03 — Encrypted Dual-Band Link

Built to fly through interference.

FHSS frequency-hopping with AES channel encryption protects the command and video link across the full 10 km radio range — so the mission map, live feed and telemetry can't be intercepted or spoofed mid-flight.

CAP / 04 — Autonomous Mission Control

Plan once. Fly hands-off.

The KlmFly app plans a full waypoint mission and launches it with one confirmed command. Autonomous navigation carries it through — the operator stays on the sensor feed while the aircraft handles the flying.

The KAT7 Pro is a palm-sized, one-hand-operable controller running the KlmFly app — smart integrated aircraft control, live sensor feed and mission telemetry in a 5.5" FHD display, with dual-band radio diversity and 180 minutes of endurance on internal power. The same unit pairs with every XROSSBAT payload — Sniper30, Spectra384, UC65 Pro or Vigilon 100 — switching sensor feeds, zoom control and thermal palettes without changing hardware or retraining the operator.
